window on the lake

Located on a beautiful wooded lot on the shores of Lake Memphremagog, this modern look home offers a breathtaking view of the lake. Characterized by a rugged topography, the house was designed on two levels and is built into the rock that serves as its base, which made it possible to design a ground level and a first floor.

The house is characterized by two volumes on both sides of the entrance separating the space, while the living area is topped by a single-slope roof following the topography of the site. Generous panoramic windows frame the view of Lake Memphremagog.

The house boasts the best of both worlds as a seasonal ritual: the mountain and the lake, allowing the occupants to enjoy both mountain and water sports.
